This 3 hours session will introduce participants to some basic features of Microsoft Office which will enable them to plan more effectively for and communicate with impact.This course will cover the following topics:

"This One's On Us" is an evening class introducing students to our college computer lab and computer courses available throughout the year. You will learn about some popular software packages and have the opportunity to practice what you learn.
"Getting to Know Your Computer" is the second step in basic computer skill training. This 6 hour community non-credit course covers more basic computer skills, word processing basics and some internet basics.
- This website supports a three hour course entitled Thinking Critically about Internet Searches and Websites. The presentation covers advanced Google searches and described how to evaluate the content and validity of serches and websites.
