Advanced Leadership Kick-Off (Required) - Feb 6 8:30am-12:00pm (this seminar is in-person in Regina but there may be a hybrid option.  Please inquire for details)

Module 1: Discover Your Potential -  Feb 20-21 8:30am-12:00pm
Understanding yourself is an important step to becoming a better leader of others.  In this module, you will learn to distinguish between your core and aspirational values.  As you explore your unconscious bias and consider your leadership blind spots, you will learn how to become a more authentic leader by leveraging your emotional self-awareness.  You will reflect on where you have come from, what you have learned along the way, and how to apply this as you define your ideal future state as a leader.  Your enhanced self-awareness will provide the foundation for heartfully engaging in the succeeding modules.

Module 2: Express Your Vision - Mar 5-6 8:30am-12:00pm
Now that you are more comfortable with your authentic self, the focus turns to developing a personal vision and goals.  As you become aware of patterns, you will apply self-perception to shift the balance of power from old internal thoughts to a new more self-aware and assured internal state of thinking.  You will practice using self-perception to assertively express thoughts and feelings and consider how others view the situation.  You will also learn how to communicate your feelings in constructive and socially acceptable ways while recognizing how to balance your independence to gain empowerment without alienating others.  By the end of the module, you will have a personal vision and the skills to practice building your self-esteem, self-confidence and assertiveness techniques.

Module 3: Inspire Impact -  Mar 19-20 8:30am-12:00pm
Learn how to build more meaningful relationships in a way that builds trust, loyalty and motivation.  You will discover the impact your communication style has on others and whether you are achieving the results you intend.  You will learn to appreciate the importance of an empathetic leader; recognizing and acknowledging the emotions of others and how to effectively manage your emotions in response.  By the end of the module, you will appreciate the importance of being a socially responsible leader, and inspiring others towards a greater purpose for your organization or community.

Module 4: Choose With Purpose - Apr 9-10 8:30am-12:00pm
Apply a decision framework for next steps in your personal leadership journey.  You will discover how your individual approach to risk influences your decision-making process.  As part of the module, you will become familiar with decision analysis and problem-solving frameworks to gain skill and comfort in making strategic decisions.  You will practice adopting alternative perspectives as a means of understanding innovation and anticipating risk.  By the end of the module, you will have defined your next steps and an appreciation of how transformational leadership can improve the quality of team decision-making.

Module 5: Achieve Resilience - Apr 23-24 8:30am-12:00pm
Is stress something to worry about or can it be a tool to improve performance and help you accomplish more?  This module helps you to identify and manage triggers of stress in yourself and others.  You will gain an understanding of leadership and workplace factors that influence individual stress and learn how your personality can impact your perceptions of stress, and your approach to managing it.  You will learn coping approaches, along with strategies to improve personal resilience.  By the end of the module, you will be able to recognize different approaches to stress management and coping, how resilience is created, and some of the more successful approaches to managing stress in everyday life.
