Drone Training

Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), or drones, have a variety of uses from practical to recreational.  Cumberland College is looking forward to offering RPAS training in early 2022.  The potential types of training include:

• Personal Interest Drone Training - just for fun!
• Transport Canada's Pilot Certificate - Basic Operations
• Transport Canada's Pilot Certificate - Advanced Operations
• Customized Drone Training

NOTE:  Registration deadline is 1 week prior to course start date.  Minimum enrollment is required to run all Continuing Studies classes.  Full payment or sponsorship is required to secure your spot in the class.

Refund Policy:

ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

• A full refund will be issued if the student withdraws 3 business days prior to the start of the course.
• 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) will be withheld if the student withdraws within 2 business days prior to the start date.
• No refund will be issued on or after the course start date.
• Full refund will be provided if Cumberland College cancels the course.
